Executive Director, Global Commercial Proleukin

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Global Commercial Proleukin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global Proleukin business, setting long-range strategy, and ensuring the business's performance across various markets. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, particularly in the commercial aspects of complex businesses, global or multi-market plans, and cross-functional team management. The Executive Director will be accountable for profit and loss, and business performance, and must have a clear understanding of the market for oncology therapies, including hospital-administered products. Key responsibilities include setting and communicating the global commercial strategy, owning the business's financial performance, and coordinating commercial plans with various internal teams to support growth, customer needs, and compliance. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in commercial leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing profit and loss, budgets, forecasts, and business risks, as well as experience with market access, reimbursement, and distribution for complex therapies. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to make clear decisions based on scientific, market, customer, operating, and financial information. The role also involves guiding engagement with external groups and ensuring that all activities are in line with business, access, and compliance requirements. The Executive Director will be expected to travel as needed and must be committed to the values of integrity, inclusion, and compliance.
