Global Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Human Resources to build and strengthen HR across a growing, international organization and its operating businesses. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture. Responsibilities include leading talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee development, and engagement, while overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems across multiple entities. The leader will guide acquisition integration, manage employee relations and compliance, establish consistent policies that account for local needs, and develop a small HR team. Candidates should have at least 12 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership, and experience supporting employees across multiple countries and business entities. A track record of building scalable HR infrastructure, overseeing HR operations, and integrating acquisitions is required. Experience in a regulated industry and familiarity with workforce management platforms are advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
