Head of Cyber Customer Trust & Assurance

The Company is seeking a Head of Cyber Customer Trust & Assurance to help shape enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and operations. The role leads global teams, oversees customer and third-party security audits, and embeds security expertise across business units and customer-facing processes. Responsibilities include advising strategic clients, translating customer security and privacy needs into organizational priorities, and ensuring contractual security commitments are understood and met. The successful candidate will also guide incident response, manage complex cyber risks, and advise executive leadership on security strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk assessments. Candidates should have a master’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred. The role requires 15 or more years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including 8–10 years in senior executive leadership of enterprise security organizations. Applicants should bring expertise in security architecture, risk management, threat intelligence, international regulatory compliance, and enterprise security strategy, along with experience managing substantial budgets and financial risks. Strong executive communication, team leadership, and stakeholder influence are essential; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are desirable.
