The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the startup, including owning, building, and running the product. This role is pivotal in the journey to scale the startup, with a focus on fields such as MedTech. The Head of Engineering will also be involved in an extensive personal development program, crafted by experienced founders, to enhance skills in goal, time, and energy management. Intensive coaching will be provided to ensure the startup is ready to secure significant funding, and the role includes support in product iteration and building a sales or marketing engine. Applicants for the Head of Engineering position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a candidate who is willing to take full responsibility for their own startup and is committed to scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong technical background, capable of leading a team and driving the technical vision of the startup. Experience in a relevant field, such as MedTech, and a proven track record of success in a similar role are highly valued.
