The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the company's projects, with a focus on space tech and other innovative fields. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity for an ambitious entrepreneur to take on the challenge of building and scaling their own startup. The Head of Engineering will work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring, and will be part of a community that includes the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. Key tasks for the Head of Engineering include owning, building, and running the startup, as well as embarking on a personal development journey tailored by experienced founders. The role involves extensive support in hiring, coaching, and iterating the product to ensure it is ready for significant funding. The ideal candidate should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
