The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the startup, including owning, building, and running the product. This role is pivotal in the journey to scale the startup, with a focus on fields such as renewable energy. The Head of Engineering will work closely with the founders and the engineering team to ensure the product is ready to meet the demands of the market and will be involved in the extensive personal development program designed to enhance management skills. Applicants for the Head of Engineering position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a candidate who is willing to take full responsibility for their own startup and is committed to scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
