Head of Reseller & Embedded Solutions

The Company is seeking a Head of Reseller and Embedded Solutions to lead the development and expansion of indirect sales, embed, and reseller partner programs. This strategic role is pivotal in driving business outcomes across global partner channels, with a focus on converting standard referral relationships into substantial commercial alliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial ownership of the embed and reseller motions, including the creation of a high-performing channel strategy that surpasses traditional direct sales in revenue growth. Key responsibilities include building and scaling partner alliances, defining joint value propositions, and establishing channel frameworks. Preferred qualifications include experience in global HR Tech, EOR, or enterprise advisory networks, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first software company. The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who can navigate early-stage program ambiguity and is capable of driving the business forward as an individual contributor before building out a supporting team.
