Vice President, Animal Health & Nutrition

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its animal health and nutrition business through its next stage of growth. The role owns business strategy, commercial performance, and P&L, while leading a cross-functional team that combines technical and commercial expertise. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets and financial targets, and guiding commercial strategy, pricing, portfolio positioning, and key relationships. The Vice President will also oversee sourcing and supply chain, lead research and development and product innovation, and contribute to broader strategic initiatives while developing a high-performing team. Candidates should bring 10–15 or more years of experience in feed additives, animal nutrition, or animal health, including senior leadership with P&L or commercial responsibility. A PhD or DVM in animal nutrition, animal science, veterinary science, or a related field is preferred; exceptional commercial leaders with a strong livestock production background and an MBA or equivalent may also be considered. Strong feed additive expertise, particularly in gut health solutions, and knowledge of monogastric species are important; multi-species experience is an advantage. A strong network among producers, integrators, and nutritionists is sought, while experience in Latin American markets or Spanish or Portuguese language skills is a plus.
