The Company is seeking an SVP for Mortgage Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for end-to-end mortgage operations across retail and wholesale channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational performance, transformation, scalability, quality, and compliance within a regulated lending environment. This role demands a leader who can modernize the operating model using data, process redesign, artificial intelligence, and automation to improve speed, quality, productivity, and capacity. The SVP will be expected to establish clear operating standards, develop the operations leadership team, and partner with various functions to support sustainable growth and scalable product delivery. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in mortgage operations, lending operations, financial services operations, banking, fintech, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large, multi-functional operations teams. The role requires a hands-on approach to implementing AI and intelligent automation within core operational processes and a strong knowledge of mortgage fulfillment functions and their regulatory and investor requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and demonstrate strong executive leadership capabilities, including the ability to drive operational change and lead teams in a geographically distributed or remote work environment. The SVP will be expected to communicate effectively with senior executives and influence enterprise-level decisions, and experience in reverse mortgages is not mandatory, but relevant transformation experience in other regulated financial services environments is essential.
