Senior Vice President of Finance Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the full finance function for an enterprise B2B software business, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and cash management. Responsibilities include owning budgets and forecasts, delivering financial reporting, advising executives on investment and strategic decisions, and preparing board and investor materials. The role also covers pricing and unit economics, revenue forecasting and recognition, enterprise deal economics, audit readiness, internal controls, treasury, and liquidity management. The leader will build and guide a lean finance team and develop scalable systems and processes to support growth. Candidates should have at least eight years of progressive finance leadership experience, with broad functional expertise and particular depth in FP&A. Experience in an enterprise B2B software business with a subscription or platform model, large enterprise contracts, and ARR-based planning is required. Applicants should bring hands-on ownership of monthly close, GAAP reporting, internal controls, and ASC 606 revenue recognition, along with experience managing auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships. Strong SaaS metrics fluency, team-building ability, and clear, collaborative communication are essential; experience with usage-based revenue, AI or cloud cost structures, capital raises, or strategic exits is an advantage.
