Vice President, Casino Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Casino Finance to provide strategic leadership and oversight of casino finance operations across its managed properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for the alignment, governance, and optimization of various functions, including revenue audit, cash operations, cash access, and credit administration. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in casino finance operations or related functions, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a gaming, casino, hospitality, or highly regulated environment. The Vice President will be the enterprise subject matter expert, ensuring operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity across multiple gaming jurisdictions. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Casino Finance include driving the strategic direction and continuous enhancement of operations, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, and serving as a champion for automation, process improvement, and technology initiatives. The role also involves preparing and presenting executive-level analyses, and recommendations, and reports, as well as providing executive oversight of cash access operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with professional certifications such as an MBA, CPA, CIA, CFE, or CGMA being preferred. Extensive knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and compliance standards is essential, as is the ability to partner effectively with executive and property leadership, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
