Vice President, Equipment Management

Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Equipment Management within its Equipment Finance Division. The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting the division's new business volume and profitability goals. This role demands a high level of independent judgment and decision-making to provide accurate and well-supported equipment valuations, as well as sound asset management decisions. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth equipment and industry research, residual valuation, portfolio management, and asset disposition. The VP will also be expected to serve as a senior resource, providing guidance on collateral risk, transaction structure, and aligning with internal stakeholders on various standards. Applicants for the Vice President, Equipment Management position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the asset management field, preferably within a financial institution or operating lessor. The role requires a candidate with proven expertise in assessing risk across a range of equipment types and lease structures, proficiency in financial software, and strong analytical and organizational skills. Effective communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach are essential.
