Vice President, Corporate Counsel

The Company is in search of a strategic and business-oriented Vice President, Corporate Counsel to act as a trusted legal advisor to senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical legal guidance on a wide range of corporate, governance, regulatory, commercial, employment, privacy, and operational matters. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth initiatives, managing legal risk, and ensuring compliance within a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape. Key responsibilities include advising on legal, regulatory, and governance matters affecting domestic and international operations, supporting corporate governance activities, and overseeing the legal aspects of various business transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, an active license to practice law, and at least 10 years of legal experience, with a strong background in corporate governance, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance.
