Vice President, Corporate Treasurer Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Treasurer to provide strategic leadership for its global treasury function. Responsibilities include structuring financing and capital markets transactions, managing foreign exchange and debt covenant risks, overseeing global cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and investment strategies, and ensuring adequate funding. The role will build senior relationships with financial institutions, support mergers and acquisitions, and provide market and economic insights to executive leadership and the board. The successful candidate will also lead treasury teams, strengthen policies and controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance automation and process improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, an MBA or advanced finance degree, and at least 15 years of relevant treasury experience, including executive-level leadership. Extensive expertise in corporate treasury, capital markets, foreign exchange risk management, and financial institution relationships is required. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience applying AI to improve decision-making, workflows, and business outcomes. Certified Treasury Professional and Certified Public Accountant credentials are preferred.
