Vice President, Financial Planning, Analytics & Decision Support

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning, Analytics, and Decision Support to lead enterprise financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, business intelligence, and financial reporting. The role oversees system-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and provides financial guidance to service line and physician leaders. Responsibilities include developing business cases and financial models, establishing performance indicators, analyzing financial trends, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership. The Vice President will also lead and develop finance and analytics teams, strengthen data governance and reporting, and support strategic planning, capital allocation, audits, and regulatory reporting. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive healthcare finance experience, including five years leading business intelligence and financial planning and analysis. Strong critical thinking, executive decision-making, leadership, and change-management skills are required. Applicants should be able to analyze and communicate complex financial concepts to senior leaders and board members. An MBA or CPA and experience in a multi-hospital or multi-entity health system are preferred.
