Vice President, FP&A

The Company is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to play a pivotal role in the financial strategy of the business. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CFO and the Executive Team, responsible for both near- and long-term strategic financial planning. This role demands a leader who can turn the drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash into actionable recommendations, and who is adept at shaping the company's financial narrative. The VP of FP&A will also be tasked with building and scaling the FP&A team, modernizing planning and forecasting processes, and ensuring that the financial function is in line with the company's rapid growth and evolving needs. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with a strong background in high-growth SaaS environments. The role requires an individual with a proven track record of being an analytical storyteller, a trusted influencer, and a talent builder. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows, and will be adept at leading scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions.
