About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States)(United States)
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Controller to lead its global accounting and treasury functions and serve as a key finance partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing close, consolidation, reconciliations, quarterly reporting, and IPO readiness; strengthening audit processes, internal controls, and accounting policies; and supporting international expansion, tax coordination, treasury, and multi-entity consolidation. Candidates should have 12 or more years of accounting experience, including senior leadership in a high-growth, operationally complex organization, and a Big Four audit background. Hands-on experience with IPO preparation or public-company requirements—including SOX, SEC reporting, and quarterly closes—is required, along with international consolidation, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange experience. Manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or cost accounting experience is preferred. Applicants should bring a record of building scalable systems and teams, strong communication and analytical skills, sound judgment, and expert-level NetSuite and spreadsheet skills; a CPA or advanced degree is a plus.
