Vice President of Growth

Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead a national team of Directors of Market Development and drive the organization's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, performance, and effectiveness of the team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. This role requires a leader who can establish and communicate performance expectations, growth objectives, and key performance indicators, as well as design and implement structured development programs. Building and strengthening relationships with physician partners, health systems, and other referral sources is a key aspect of the position, as is the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across the organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 to 15 years' of progressive experience in healthcare business development, sales, market development, or a related field is required, with at least 8 years' of experience in leading and developing field-based teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining referral networks, as well as strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. The role demands a results-driven individual with the ability to influence, strong planning and problem-solving capabilities, and the willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
