Vice President of Operations Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to shape operational strategy, improve performance, and support national growth. The role includes partnering with executive leadership to set goals, lead change initiatives, establish performance metrics, and build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will develop regional plans, lead and grow geographically dispersed teams, and oversee budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and operational systems. They will also support sales and customer experience efforts, strengthen client retention, and identify risks and opportunities related to business integration. Candidates should have at least 10 years of leadership experience managing multi-site operations and dispersed teams, ideally in service-based or contractor-driven environments. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, operational planning, and performance metrics, is required, along with experience leading sales teams or customer experience initiatives. The role calls for strategic thinking, clear communication, sound problem-solving, and strong project and change management skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, an MBA is strongly preferred, and experience in a private equity-backed organization is an advantage.
