Head of Operations & Settlement

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations & Settlement to lead a team responsible for corporate actions and settlements in a trading brokerage environment. The role oversees daily settlement processes, validates trade and corporate-action processing, and ensures accurate records and reconciliations. Responsibilities include managing onboarding screenings and regulatory filings, investigating settlement exceptions, and addressing operational risks. The successful candidate will also collaborate with technology, risk, and finance teams on product launches and process improvements, mentor staff, manage external counterparties, and maintain audit readiness. Candidates should have at least five years of successful operations leadership experience in financial services, preferably in capital markets, brokerage, or investment platforms. Strong knowledge of local Thai financial services regulations and experience working with regulatory bodies are required. The role also calls for effective communication with local and international leaders and stakeholders, along with expertise in settlements, corporate actions, compliance screening, and operational risk management.
