Vice President of Operations Remote (anywhere in United States) + 3 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to shape operational strategy, improve performance, and support national growth. The role includes partnering with executive leadership on business goals and change initiatives, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead and develop geographically dispersed teams, oversee regional planning, budgets, and resources, and support sales, client retention, and customer experience efforts. Responsibilities also include identifying risks and opportunities, supporting acquisition integration, managing vendor relationships, and improving operational processes and systems. Candidates should have at least 10 years of leadership experience managing multi-site operations and distributed teams, ideally in service-based or contractor-driven environments. Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of performance metrics, budgeting, and operational planning, is required, along with experience leading sales teams and customer experience initiatives. The role calls for strategic thinking, clear communication, sound problem-solving, and strong project and change management skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, an MBA is strongly preferred, and experience in a private equity-backed organization is an advantage.
