Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations to set the strategic direction and ensure operational excellence across its cloud and infrastructure environment. The role leads infrastructure platforms and services that support business operations, digital transformation, and AI adoption, while strengthening security, resilience, performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing cloud operations, networking, application migration, IT service management, end-user experience, and service improvement; managing budgets and cost optimization; and guiding vendor relationships and sourcing strategy. The executive will also develop senior leaders and teams, align infrastructure roadmaps with enterprise priorities, and communicate the business value and risks of infrastructure decisions. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive cloud infrastructure experience, including 10 years in senior leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Required expertise includes cloud platforms and networking, security and compliance, application migration, cost optimization, governance, identity and access management, and distributed networks. Strong strategic, financial, communication, stakeholder-management, and team-development skills are essential, along with experience leading complex environments in a global organization. Familiarity with automation, infrastructure as code, containers, AI, DevOps, disaster recovery, and vendor negotiations is valuable; relevant cloud, security, and IT service management certifications are preferred.
