Vice President of Operations & Delivery Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Delivery to lead client implementations and managed-services engagements. This hands-on leadership role oversees portfolio health, capacity planning, resource allocation, delivery processes, and team performance, while stepping in to address at-risk projects and client escalations. The VP will coach project and implementation teams, establish consistent delivery practices, and improve visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and commitments. The role also partners across client-facing and technical functions to manage scope, resolve blockers, and make delivery more predictable and scalable. Candidates should have experience leading professional services, implementation, or client-delivery teams in a complex SaaS or enterprise software environment, including direct responsibility for concurrent customer implementations. Required capabilities include team management, capacity and resource planning, portfolio prioritization, implementation planning, requirements gathering, scope management, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-launch support. Applicants should demonstrate sound judgment in client escalations, clear communication, technical fluency, and the ability to build practical processes that teams consistently follow. Experience with lending, financial technology, financial software, or configurable enterprise platforms is valuable but not required.
