The Company is seeking a VP of People to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the People function. This executive role is pivotal in a high-growth, startup environment, and the successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing a multi-year People strategy that is closely aligned with the company's goals and business priorities. The VP of People will be a key partner to the executive team, leading organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support the company's expansion and evolving needs. A compassionate and pragmatic leader is essential, with the ability to balance the needs of the workforce with the demands of a rapidly scaling business. The role also involves strengthening leadership capability, ensuring a consistent employee experience, and owning the company's compensation philosophy and strategy. Applicants for the VP of People role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years' at the executive level. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree in a related field is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling People functions, particularly in high-growth startup environments, and experience in a regulated industry such as healthtech or telehealth is advantageous. The role demands a strategic business partner with deep experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a distributed workforce and navigate complex employee matters with exceptional judgment and discretion.
