Managing Director, EHR Consulting

Remote (anywhere in Wisconsin)
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for EHR Consulting to lead and be accountable for the financial performance, growth strategy, pricing discipline, and service quality of the EHR consulting service line. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L, setting pricing and rate card strategy, and translating enterprise strategy into service-line plans. This role involves leading through Directors and Managers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and building a strong consulting talent team. The Managing Director will also be expected to partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to enhance service offerings and advance the company's position in the healthcare IT market. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred. Extensive experience in healthcare IT services, consulting, or enterprise systems is required, including a proven track record in financial performance, delivery, and operational leadership. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare enterprise systems, operations, and regulatory environments, as well as strong skills in professional services, business models, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a champion of continuous improvement, and have the ability to build trust-based relationships. Advanced knowledge of healthcare IT market trends and emerging technologies is also essential.
