Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the global financial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full finance function, including FP&A, reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and systems, with a focus on excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational discipline. This role involves designing and implementing scalable processes, policies, and systems to support national and international growth, as well as leading the budgeting process with a cross-functional approach. The CFO will also be tasked with evaluating investments, strategic initiatives, and expansion opportunities, driving the implementation of ERP and BI tools, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have more than 10 years' experience in financial leadership, particularly in high-growth, international, or PE-backed environments. A strong command of accounting, internal control, tax regulations, and international standards is essential, as is a proven track record in implementing and scaling ERP/BI and building robust finance functions. The role requires a strategic vision, a focus on profitability, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
