Vice President, Capital Markets Execution

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Capital Markets Execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of execution tasks related to equity and debt capital markets transactions, including documentation and coordination with both internal and external parties. This role also involves the preparation of pitchbooks, market updates, and analyses to support the origination of such transactions, as well as the organization and coordination of roadshows and other marketing activities. The Vice President will be expected to engage with corporate clients during roadshow meetings, gather feedback, and prepare summary reports. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and training junior team members and performing ad hoc tasks as assigned. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related field, and be an SFC licensed representative. A minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in equity capital markets or corporate finance is required, with experience in debt capital markets being beneficial. The role demands proficiency in data-mining software and Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as a keen attention to detail and a strong numerical sense. The candidate should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being essential.
