Head of NGO Fundraising

The Company is seeking a Head of NGO Fundraising to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sourcing work-streams with various entities, including NGOs, foundations, multi-laterals, alumni, and government. This role involves designing and executing a deep engagement strategy with key relationships to ensure renewals, upgrades, and meaningful partnerships. The Head of NGO Fundraising will also manage systems and processes that support development objectives, lead strategic partnerships with NGOs for fundraising campaigns, and handle both external and internal communications. Applicants must have a graduate or post-graduate degree in any field, with a minimum of 4 years' work experience in a healthcare NGO. The role requires the ability to evaluate partnerships, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong project management abilities, and the capacity to use data to drive decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HNI contacts and fundraising for charitable causes, as well as a strong network of existing relationships with relevant institutions. The Head of NGO Fundraising should be adept at working in an unstructured environment, developing independent strategies, and have knowledge of managerial techniques to foster a culture of collaboration and problem-solving.
