Regional Vice President, Home Care

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for its Home Care Division. The RVP will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across a defined region, with a focus on driving growth, ensuring operational and clinical excellence, and supporting franchise and field leaders in delivering high-quality home care services. Key responsibilities include overseeing all regional operations, sales, and performance, leading and developing regional and local leaders, and partnering with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in healthcare or home care operations, a passion for team development, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassionate care. Applicants for the RVP position should have at least 7 years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare services, or franchising, and a strong background in leading multi-site or multi-region teams.
