Head of HR Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of HR Operations for Switzerland. This senior leadership role is pivotal in bringing structure, visibility, and strategic coherence to a multi-layered HR environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive leadership team, acting as a central integrator across HR to ensure that teams, processes, and priorities are aligned. The role is not traditional; it is transversal, designed for a leader who thrives in complexity and is motivated by building clarity, efficiency, and impact at scale. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving a more data-driven and technology-enabled HR function, with a strong focus on Power BI and advanced reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience in Switzerland, with a strong background in operations and payroll environments. They should be adept at handling complex HR topics with sound judgment, driving harmonization across regions, and maintaining agility in execution. A key aspect of the role is the ability to operate in complex, international, and matrixed organizations, and to have a solid understanding of Swiss labor law and compliance frameworks. The Head of HR Operations will also be expected to have a strong affinity for HR data, reporting, and visualization tools, and a proven interest or experience in AI and automation within HR ecosystems. Fluency in French and English is required, with German being a plus.
