Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to spearhead its strategic evolution and enhance its global impact in the areas of road safety, environmental sustainability, and climate action. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the organization's long-term strategy in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, acting as the primary global representative, and building high-level partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders. This role demands a leader with a highly international profile, capable of translating vision into execution and fostering a mission-driven culture within a senior, international team. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess a minimum of 10-15 years' of senior leadership experience in international settings, with a proven track record in global strategy development and execution. The role requires strong communication and influencing skills, fluency in English, and the ability to manage significant budgets. The ideal candidate will have a background in international policy environments related to sustainability, mobility, public health, or development, and experience in managing grant-making frameworks.
