Head of Analytics

The Company is seeking a Head of Analytics to lead a transformative shift towards insight-led decision-making and AI-enabled analytics. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the strategic and operational aspects of analytics as a shared service, with a strong focus on influencing the organization's data-driven culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a centralized Analytics and MI function, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, and driving the transition from traditional reporting to providing actionable, commercial insights. A key aspect of the role is to embed AI tools and automation into analytics workflows, oversee scalable data, reporting, and governance foundations, and manage the decisioning capability and platform migration. Candidates for the Head of Analytics position at the company should have a proven track record of strong leadership within analytics or MI functions, with the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations. The role requires confidence in influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and hands-on capability with SQL and ideally Python. Experience with modern data stacks, BI tools, and practical exposure to AI tools within analytics environments is essential.
