Head of Programme Management, Transition Programmes

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale programmes within the financial services sector, with a strong background in client onboarding or transition programmes. They should be adept at managing significant budgets, implementing governance frameworks, and leading high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of programme and project management methodologies, insurance operations, and transition processes is essential, as is experience in change management and exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
