The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their mission-driven platform. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, with a focus on owning the full people strategy across a complex, multi-site healthcare services platform. This hands-on, strategic operator role is pivotal in building and scaling HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring regulatory and workforce compliance.
