Head of Product

The Company is seeking a Head of Product to shape the strategic direction and operational development of its software platform. The role includes creating a long-term product vision aligned with market trends and customer needs, particularly in ERP and logistics, and managing the product lifecycle from initial concept through design, launch, and ongoing releases. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of product managers, plan product roadmaps, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities also include analyzing markets and user feedback, assessing ideas for feasibility and impact, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Company’s market position. Candidates should have at least 10 years of commercially oriented product management experience and a record of success in B2B software, ideally in a SaaS environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, analytical ability, and coordination skills. The role calls for experience leading product teams and managing product development and software releases. A customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners are essential.
