The Company is in search of a Managing Tax Counsel to join their in-house tax planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, financings, restructurings, and joint ventures, with a primary focus on optimizing tax treatment and managing risk. This executive role demands a professional with a deep background in transactional tax, particularly in the areas of M&A and due diligence. A minimum of 10 years of tax experience, with a significant focus on transactional, partnership, and M&A tax, is required, preferably from a top law firm or Big 4 environment. Mastery of relevant tax regulations and a proven track record in managing large projects and providing business-focused advice are essential.
