Head of Talent Acquisition

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their purpose-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that is in line with business priorities, workforce plans, and governance expectations. This role involves leading the full recruitment lifecycle, establishing a robust TA operating model, and driving the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting solutions to enhance efficiency and quality. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be tasked with building a strong recruitment analytics agenda, leading a team of recruiters, and continuously improving recruitment processes and stakeholder experience. To excel in this position, candidates must have 8-12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in people leadership. A deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery, operating rhythms, and governance, particularly in regulated, high-complexity environments, is essential. The role requires a leader who is consultative, credible, and can effectively balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and risk. Experience in leveraging data, analytics, and automation to enhance hiring outcomes is also a key requirement. The Head of Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in modernizing the organization's recruitment practices and must be adept at influencing senior decision-making and shaping the future-ready TA function.
