Head of Technical Product Management

The Company is seeking a Technical Product Head for the North America market. This is a pivotal role for a true technical product leader with a strong background in building utility-scale energy storage systems, particularly in the 5MWh class or similar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the product ownership and technical direction of these systems, with a focus on defining products, guiding technical direction, and closely collaborating with global R&D teams. Key requirements include hands-on experience in 0 to 1 product development, strong technical depth in battery systems, PCS, EMS, and system integration, and the ability to engage deeply with R&D teams to challenge technical decisions. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record of owning product decisions and will be capable of leading product development at a system level. This is not a commercial or GTM role; the emphasis is on technical product leadership. The role demands a professional who can operate as a true technical product owner, with the ability to influence R&D decisions and define technical direction.
