Regional Head of Branches

The Company is seeking a Regional Head of Branches to ensure the efficient operation and administration of branches within the designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for net business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring sales achievements to meet targets. This role involves close collaboration with product managers to assess and suggest competitive product features and monitor retention indicators to support customer cross-sales and retention. The Regional Head of Branches will also oversee branch transactions, liaise with support teams to implement new products and processes, and ensure the efficient management of full-service branches, including operations, lending, product sales, and customer service. Applicants must have a minimum of 9 years' experience in the banking industry, specifically in the role of a Branch Manager at an operational level. The role requires strong management and leadership skills, strategic planning, change management, and the ability to ensure the desired levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate should be adept at time management, organizational skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities also include monitoring key performance and risk indicators, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining operational focus, integrity, and control strategies within the banking sector.
