Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to oversee the pedagogical and organizational management of its campus, which includes a continuous bilingual program from early childhood education through graduation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the further development of the educational and quality concept, leading an international, German- and English-speaking faculty, and managing key school development and quality processes. This role also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, representation of the campus, and the organization and administration of university entrance examinations. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should hold the first and second state examinations for teaching at secondary schools in Berlin or a comparable recognized qualification. Solid leadership experience at a German private school, as well as leadership experience at a school outside of Germany, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a sound knowledge of school administration, personnel management, and school development, as well as experience in quality management and curriculum development. Enthusiasm for bilingual educational concepts and international teams, along with excellent German and English language skills, is a must. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to shape the future, strategic and operational leadership skills, and a team-oriented, motivating leadership style.
