Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to oversee the pedagogical and organizational management of its modern, bilingual campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the further development of the educational and quality concept, leading an international faculty, and managing key school development and quality processes. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the representation of the campus in various capacities. The Head of School will also be tasked with the organization and administration of university entrance examinations and the analysis and enhancement of teaching quality. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should hold the first and second state examinations for teaching at secondary schools in Berlin or a comparable recognized qualification. Solid leadership experience in both German private schools and international settings is essential, along with a strong background in school administration, personnel management, and development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management and curriculum development, and must demonstrate a passion for bilingual educational concepts and international teams. Strategic and operational leadership skills, a team-oriented and motivating leadership style, and excellent proficiency in German and English are also required.
