Head of Construction

The Company is seeking a Head of Construction to oversee the entire construction process of industrial-scale renewable energy assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction phase to ensure compliance with technical and industrial strategy objectives. This role involves direct management of the construction phase, supervision of EPC contractors, and collaboration with various corporate functions and departments. The Head of Construction will also be tasked with overseeing all construction phases, from the Final Investment Decision to the Provisional Acceptance Certificate, and ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards. Applicants for the Head of Construction position at the company should have a degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, with 5-7 years' experience in similar roles, and a proven track record in construction management of energy or infrastructure facilities. In-depth knowledge of EPC contracts, work planning logic, and the ability to read and interpret technical and contractual documentation is essential. The role requires strong leadership, technical authority, and the ability to manage priorities and critical issues with precision and reliability. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders is also a key requirement.
