Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their team. This is a pivotal role, as the CTO will be the first named technical leader in the company, taking on direct line management of the existing engineering team and leading the hiring of additional senior engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical aspects of the company's product, including architecture, and will play a key role in the strategic preparation for a Series B raise. The CTO will work closely with the product-led CEO, and the technical agenda will be set jointly, making a strong working partnership instinct essential. The ideal CTO for the company will have a background as a current or recent CTO at an AI-native SaaS with experience in enterprise or regulated customer environments. They should be comfortable with the dual remit of engineering leadership and technical ownership in front of investors and partners. The role requires a leader who can operate in a highly collaborative manner, particularly with a product-led CEO, and who is adept at managing the technical aspects of a rapidly growing business. The CTO will be expected to have a strong technical foundation, be adept at problem-solving, and have a clear vision for the future of the company's technology.
