Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities, leading teams across production, engineering, warehousing, and logistics. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, developing scalable systems and processes, ensuring exceptional standards in health and safety, quality, and compliance, and working closely with senior leadership on operational strategy and performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, commercially aware, and experienced in driving efficiencies and team performance. A background in food manufacturing, particularly in the FMCG, snacks, or healthy food production sector, is essential. The role requires a leader who is passionate about people, culture, and team development, and who is knowledgeable in BRC, HACCP, and operational compliance standards. Experience with ERP systems and a background in protein or healthy food manufacturing is advantageous.
