Vice President, Remittance

The Company is seeking a VP for Remittance to spearhead the evolution of domestic and international remittance services, with a strong emphasis on creating a digital-first customer value proposition. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, defining and executing a long-term roadmap that aligns with the company's digital strategy, and owning the P&L for remittance products. This role demands a focus on product innovation, including the development of digital-first propositions and the exploration of emerging technologies. The VP will also be accountable for customer experience, partnerships, and ecosystem development, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and mitigating operational risks. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in remittance, payments, or fintech, with a proven track record in digital product ownership and remittance platform management. The role requires a visionary leader with an innovation mindset, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a customer-centric approach. Technical skills in digital product development, understanding of blockchain, AI, and regulatory tech, and strong analytical and P&L management skills are essential. The VP will be expected to have a strong understanding of UAE banking regulations, SWIFT, UAEFTS, and cross-border payment systems, and to be adept at managing high-volume, time-sensitive transactions across multiple channels. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology is required, with an MBA being preferred.
