Head of Treasury

The Company is seeking a Head of Treasury to define and lead the group's treasury strategy in alignment with financial and business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing group liquidity, including cash positions, cash pooling structures, and cash flow forecasting. This role involves ensuring reliable and up-to-date cash forecasting, managing relationships with financial institutions, and designing and executing the group's financing policy and hedging strategies against financial risks. The Head of Treasury will also lead debt management, contribute to the definition of the capital structure, and oversee corporate financing transactions and M&A processes from a finance and treasury perspective. Applicants must have a university degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or postgraduate education being an asset, and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in treasury leading roles. Strong knowledge of financial products, financial risk management, and experience in multinational environments are highly valued. The role requires full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as the ability to interact effectively with accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex financial structures, exceptional analytical capability, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in demanding environments.
