Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive officer, providing strategic and operational leadership for its high-performing, dual-campus public charter school. The successful candidate will be responsible for the academic, operational, financial, and legal performance of the organization, ensuring strong outcomes and long-term sustainability. This role involves setting the strategic direction of the school, aligning vision, mission, and execution, and maintaining a strong focus on academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and the school's charter contract. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should be visible, relationship-centered leaders with a proven track record in educational leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior supervisory role within a school setting, with a preference for those with a background in charter school leadership.
