General Counsel

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with a strong background in corporate, commercial, and governance matters, and at least 7 years' of post-qualification experience. This role is pivotal in the company's international expansion, requiring the legal leader to take ownership of the global legal and governance agenda, provide legal oversight on new openings, partnerships, and corporate structuring, and advise on a range of key commercial arrangements. The General Counsel will also be a senior legal advisor to the Board and Executive team, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making, and ensuring legal compliance and risk management across the business. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a proven track record of operating in international, multi-jurisdictional environments and be adept at influencing strategy at the highest level.
