Vice President, Transaction Services

The Company is seeking a VP for Transaction Services with a strong background in strategy consulting or transaction advisory, particularly in the area of commercial due diligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading international due diligence projects, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of the Dutch practice. This role demands a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn complex situations into clear, actionable recommendations. The VP will also be tasked with leading and developing project teams, as well as ensuring integrated delivery across various project modules. Applicants for the VP role at the company should have over 8 years' of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of managing demanding client environments and leading project teams. The role requires a candidate with the ability to quickly translate situations into actions, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in leading at least twenty due diligence projects, preferably in mid-cap or small-cap settings. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with commercial intuition and technical understanding, capable of driving in-depth analyses of digital business models and crafting compelling equity stories.
