Head of Finance, Premium & Luxury Hospitality

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy for a prestigious establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, as the successful candidate will be a true business partner, responsible for performance, process optimization, and supporting field teams in understanding key performance indicators. The Head of Finance will oversee and manage all financial aspects, including monthly and annual closings, internal control, and treasury functions. Strategic collaboration with the Management Control department and department heads is also a key responsibility, involving the analysis of margin variances and the optimization of working capital requirements. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a Master's degree in finance, accounting, or from a leading business school, with a background of 3-4 years' experience, preferably in the luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or audit firm sectors. Premium soft skills are essential, including exemplary rigor, absolute discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial complexity into actionable insights for operational teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems is required, and fluency in English is a must for international communication within the group.
